These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Diapers & Co Shop’s website and any purchase made through it.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and website use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this website or make a purchase. If you use the website on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

If we find an error in a product description, availability or price, we may correct it and, where appropriate, contact you about your order.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We may change prices, promotions or shipping charges at any time. A price change will not affect an order we have already accepted, except where a displayed price was clearly incorrect and applicable law permits us to take corrective action.
Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
We may cancel or decline an order if payment is not authorized or if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
4. Orders and acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable, if information in your order needs clarification, or if we need to correct a pricing or product-description error. We may cancel an order where permitted by law. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.
Please review your order details, shipping address and contact information carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been processed or shipped.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or on the website. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to you where permitted by law.
If your parcel appears lost, damaged or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can review the issue.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
7. Product care and use
Reusable cloth diapers, potty-training underwear and reusable menstrual pads must be used and cared for according to the product’s instructions. You are responsible for selecting products appropriate to your needs and for following the supplied care and use guidance.
We do not guarantee that a product will prevent every leak or perform identically for every person or situation. Do not hesitate to reach us about your questions on the fit, absorbency or care plan.
8. Accounts and account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when necessary.
Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions and design—belong to The Diapers & Co. Shop or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
